Honestly cannot speak highly enough of the quality service they delivered me, I ordered a gift pack of whiskey glasses and a decanter for my husband, they had run out of stock of the one I originally ordered so offered one very similar instead, I explained I needed it the following week as it was for our 10th wedding anniversary and I had left ordering it a little late, they where so accommodating and said they would send it out express for me, it arrived a couple of days before our anniversary however one glass was broken (from Aus Post handling) I contacted booze & barrels about this as I was slightly stressed with how close it was to our anniversary. They were SUPER SUPER AMAZING! they where apologetic and with no questions asked offered to send not one glass to replace the broken glass but two so we would have an extra! they even express posted this as well. I was immensely thankful! I was so shocked with the level or customer service they had. It arrived a day after our anniversary as they had a system malfunction and couldn’t send it straight away (out of their control) I didn’t mind either way though I was just so thankful to them anyway. When the replacement glasses arrived I was expecting two as they had mentioned, so I was very overwhelmed and surprised when I saw they had sent us 6 replacement glasses. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough they’re response time is within minutes regardless of the time, day or night. And their high level of customer service is really hard to find these days. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I cannot be more thankful for how they dealt with this knowing it was due to the handling of Auspost and not booze & barrels fault at all. They still without any questions, redirection or push back replaced one broken glass with six. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
