Introducing our Personalised Etched Glass Head American Oak Barrel, a beautifully crafted ageing barrel designed for customers who want a premium oak barrel with a truly personal finish. Available in 3L and 5L sizes, this unique barrel combines authentic American oak ageing with a striking clear glass head that can be permanently etched with your chosen design.
Each barrel allows you to watch the ageing process through the clear glass head while showcasing the rich colour and development of your favourite port, whisky, wine, rum or spirits. The etched glass adds an elegant custom detail, making the barrel not only functional but also a standout display piece for any home bar, cellar, tasting room or special occasion.
Crafted from American oak and built with premium materials, each barrel features 6.1 mm lead-free high-quality tempered glass, SS304 stainless-steel bands, and substantial 19–22 mm thick oak staves for a strong, refined and display-worthy finish. The visible charred oak interior adds a bold premium look while supporting the natural ageing process inside the barrel.
The glass head can be permanently etched with a name, initials, message, milestone age, wedding date, business logo or one of our available design templates. This makes the barrel an excellent personalised gift for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, retirements, Father’s Day, Christmas, corporate gifting and premium home-bar displays.
